What does real-time pricing mean?
Real-time* pricing means the stock price we display in the app is as close as possible to the real-time* price on the market.
Will stocks with the lightning bolt always have the lightning bolt?
Since real-time pricing depends on stock trading activity, stocks may gain or lose the symbol throughout the trading day. Additionally, when the markets close, there will be no real-time* data.
Is real-time pricing available to all Stocks+ users?
Yes, real-time* pricing is available to all Stocks+ users.
What about stocks without the blue lightning bolt?
Stocks without the blue lighting bolt could be subject to a 15-minute delay or greater, including during market hours. In addition, data might be delayed by financial exchanges or data providers at any time without notice.
What happens when the markets close?
There will not be any real-time* data available.
