Restoring Purchases in Stocks+
If you have previously purchased a subscription to Stocks+ but are now having trouble accessing the features you paid for, you may need to restore your purchase.
- Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID that was used to purchase your Stocks+ subscription. If you are not sure which email address was used, check your purchase history in the App Store.
- Tap the "Restore" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Close Stocks+ and then reopen it. This should allow the app to recognize that you have restored your purchase and activate the features you paid for.
- If the above steps do not restore your purchase, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. After reinstalling Stocks+, follow steps 1-3 to restore your purchase.
